I decided to write Stacey into a poem

I decided to write science into a poem and on the page
erupted theories of thermodynamics and quasars
and mitochondria, which they tell me is another
word for powerhouse. The lab of my library has
beakers brimming with sulphuric words, my writing
pad balances on the four legs of a periodic table.
Some stars are named after people, I found in my research.
