I, too, can confirm that Medium listens. The issues I point out do silently gets fixed. My latest suggestion (made privately) to them is to allow folks to gift Medium memberships (for 6 months, a year, other timeframes) to other people. I hope they implement that one. I think it’d be a great way to promote the platform, especially in the holiday season.
